Key Metrics

Visibility Score

Your overall visibility score (0-100) represents how prominently your brand appears in AI responses across all tracked prompts. A higher score means:

  • More frequent brand mentions
  • More positive sentiment
  • More citations of your content

Mentions

The total number of times your brand was mentioned across all AI model responses. This includes:

  • Direct brand name mentions
  • Product/service mentions
  • Website URL references

Citations

The number of times AI models cited your website as a source in their responses. Citations indicate that AI models consider your content authoritative.

Sentiment

The overall sentiment of AI responses about your brand:

  • Positive – AI models speak favorably about your brand
  • Neutral – AI models mention your brand without strong opinions
  • Negative – AI models express concerns or criticism
