What is Sight AI?
Sight AI is an AI-powered platform that helps you generate SEO-optimized content, track your brand's visibility across AI models like ChatGPT and Claude, and automatically submit your content to search engines for faster indexing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 7-day free trial with 7 articles to generate. A credit card is required to start your trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You can start your free trial without entering payment information. You'll only need to add a payment method when you're ready to continue after the trial.
What CMS platforms do you support?
Sight AI integrates with:

Content Generation
How long are the generated articles?
Article length varies by type:
- Explainer Articles: 2,500+ words
- Listicle Articles: 4,500+ words
- Step-by-Step Guides: 3,000+ words
How long does article generation take?
Typically 5-12 minutes depending on the article type and complexity. You can watch real-time progress as our AI agents work through each phase.
Can I customize the generated content?
Yes! You can:
- Add custom instructions for each article
- Set site-wide custom instructions
- Edit generated content in the AI Content Editor
- Configure writing style and tone preferences
Is the content original?
Yes. All content is generated fresh by our AI agents. It's not copied from existing sources. We recommend reviewing generated content before publishing as you would with any content.
AI Visibility
What is AI Visibility tracking?
AI Visibility lets you monitor how AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity respond to questions about your brand and industry. You can track mentions, sentiment, and discover opportunities to improve your AI presence.
Which AI models do you track?
We track five major AI models:
- ChatGPT (OpenAI)
- Claude (Anthropic)
- Perplexity
- Gemini (Google)
- Grok (xAI)
Note: Lite plan tracks only ChatGPT and Perplexity. Starter and above track all 5 models.
How often are tracked prompts refreshed?
Tracked prompts are automatically checked daily against all enabled AI models. Results are stored for historical trending analysis.
Autopilot
What is Autopilot?
Autopilot automatically generates and publishes one article per day to your connected CMS without any manual intervention. It handles keyword selection, content generation, and publishing.
Which plans include Autopilot?
Autopilot is included on Pro, Advanced, and Premium plans. It's not available on the Lite or Starter plans.
Where does Autopilot get keywords?
Autopilot maintains a pool of 90 keywords per site. Keywords are automatically researched and refreshed based on your site's topic and industry. You can also manually add keywords to the pool.
Billing
How does billing work?
Sight AI uses monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe and renews on the same date each month.
Do unused articles roll over?
No. Article limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused articles do not carry over to the next month.
Can I change my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade immediately (billed prorated) or schedule a downgrade for the end of your billing period. See our plan changes guide.
How do I cancel?
Go to Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data is preserved if you want to resubscribe later.
Teams
Can multiple people access my account?
Yes! Sight AI supports team collaboration. You can invite team members with different roles (Owner, Admin, Member) to share access to your sites and content.
How is team billing handled?
All billing is at the team level. One subscription covers all team members and sites. There are no per-user fees.
