Overview

Every new Sight AI account starts with a 7-day free trial of the plan you pick: Starter, Pro or Business, monthly or annual. The trial gives you that plan’s modules, sites and seats so you can see the value before the first charge.

What’s Included

During your 7-day trial, you get:
  • 1,500 AI credits (≈ 15 articles, or a mix of content, visibility checks, research and agent chats) to spend however you like
  • Every feature of your selected plan — the SEO suite, automations, agent connectors and the API on Pro and Business, outreach and the Business SEO features on Business; AI visibility, content, position tracking, basic research, the agent and the MCP server on every plan
  • The plan’s sites and seats — 1 on Starter, 3 sites and 2 seats on Pro, 10 sites and 5 seats on Business
  • CMS publishing — connect WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, Wix or HubSpot and publish straight away
  • Add-ons — extra sites, seats, the weekly organic refresh and credit top-ups are available on every plan once your subscription starts; start it from the plan page and add them right after

Trial Credits

Your trial includes 1,500 AI credits total, whichever plan you trial. This is a fixed allowance for the entire trial period:
  • Credits are shared across your entire team and all its sites.
  • The 1,500-credit allowance does not reset during the trial.
  • Once you’ve spent all 1,500 credits, end the trial early to start your subscription and receive your plan’s full monthly grant.

Changing Plans During Your Trial

You can switch the plan you are trialing at any time from Settings > Billing. The trial keeps its 1,500-credit allowance; the new plan’s modules apply right away, and billing starts at the new plan’s price when the trial ends.

End Your Trial Early for Bonus Credits

If you’re ready before day 7, you can convert to a paid plan early and we’ll add a one-time 5,000 bonus credits (≈ 50 articles) to your balance as a thank-you. Bonus credits never expire and are spent after your monthly plan grant. (This applies when you end the trial and start your subscription, not when you simply switch the plan you are trialing.)

Trial Expiration

When your 7-day trial ends:
  • Automatic conversion — Your account converts to the plan you selected.
  • First charge — Your payment method is charged for the first billing period (monthly or annual, as you chose).
  • Full grant — Your balance becomes your plan’s monthly credit grant (12x up front on annual billing), and all plan features stay active.

Canceling Before the Trial Ends

If you cancel before your trial expires:
  • You won’t be charged.
  • You retain access to your account and data until the trial end date.
  • After the trial ends, your account is restricted until you subscribe to a plan.

Trial Restrictions

  • Credit packs — Buying extra credits requires an active paid subscription. End the trial early if you need more than 1,500 credits before day 7.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. A credit card is required to start your free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then.
Any articles you generated during the trial remain in your account. However, you won’t be able to spend credits on new AI actions or publish to your CMS until you subscribe to a paid plan.

No. Regardless of which plan you select, you won’t be charged until your 7-day trial ends. You can change plans during the trial without affecting the trial period.
The trial gives you the features of the plan you select. To try competitor insights, the site audit, backlinks, automations or the API, pick Pro; to try outreach, forecasts, alerts or AI Mode tracking, pick Business. You can move down before the trial ends.
Yes. Choose Annual on the plan picker. Nothing is charged until the trial ends; then the first annual invoice is billed and you receive 12x the monthly credits up front.
