The Outreach Inbox is a three-pane reading + reply UI surfacing every outreach conversation for a site: agent-initiated threads, replies coming back from prospects, pitches your team forwarded in, and direct inbound to your forward bucket address. You can reply manually, hit Draft with AI to seed a draft, or Have the agent take this over for stored conversations the agent didn’t auto-reply to.

No. Monthly plan articles reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, if you purchase extra article bundles, those never expire and carry over indefinitely.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing cycle. Learn more.
