Scheduling Considerations

  • CMS must be connected – Ensure your CMS integration is active
  • Future dates only – Cannot schedule for past dates
  • Timezone awareness – Times are in your account timezone
  • Queue processing – Articles publish within a few minutes of scheduled time

Troubleshooting

Article Didn't Publish

  • Check that your CMS integration is connected
  • Verify the CMS credentials are still valid
  • Look for error messages in the article details
  • Try manually syncing to identify issues

Published at Wrong Time

  • Verify your account timezone settings
  • Check the scheduled time was set correctly
  • Note that publishing may have a few minutes delay

Best Practices

  • Schedule during peak hours – When your audience is most active
  • Spread out publications – Don't publish all at once
  • Review before scheduling – Proofread articles first
  • Check CMS connection – Ensure integration is working
  • Plan a week ahead – Build a content buffer
