Managing Your Subscription

View your subscription details, update payment methods, and access invoices.

Overview

Sight AI uses Stripe for secure payment processing. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices through the Billing Portal.

Accessing Billing

  1. Click your profile icon in the sidebar
  2. Select Billing
  3. Or go to Team Settings → Billing

Note: Only team Owners can access billing settings.

Subscription Details

View your current subscription information:

  • Current Plan – Your active subscription tier
  • Billing Cycle – Monthly or annual billing
  • Next Payment – Amount and date of next charge
  • Usage – Articles used this period

Billing Portal

To manage your payment methods, view invoices, or update billing details:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. You'll be redirected to the Billing Portal (powered by Stripe)

From the Billing Portal, you can:

  • Add, update, or remove payment methods
  • View and download invoices
  • Update billing information
  • View payment history

Payment Methods

To add or update your payment method:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. In the Billing Portal, select Payment methods
  4. Add a new card or update your existing payment method

Sight AI accepts major credit and debit cards.

Invoices

To view or download your invoices:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. In the Billing Portal, view your invoice history
  4. Click any invoice to view details or download as PDF

Usage Tracking

Monitor your plan usage:

  • Articles Used – Generated articles this billing period
  • Articles Remaining – Articles left in your plan
  • Tracked Prompts – AI Visibility prompts in use

Usage resets at the start of each billing period.

Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle depends on your chosen plan:

  • Monthly plans – Billed on the same date each month
  • Annual plans – Billed once per year with savings

Usage limits reset when your billing period renews.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. The payment will be retried automatically
  3. Update your payment method via "Manage Subscription" if needed
  4. After multiple failures, your subscription may be paused

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation

When you cancel:

  • You retain access until the end of your billing period
  • No prorated refunds for unused time
  • Your data is preserved (you can resubscribe later)
  • Generated content remains in your account

Reactivating After Cancellation

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Select a plan
  3. Complete payment
  4. Your subscription is reactivated immediately
