Every new Sight AI account starts with a 7-day free trial. During your trial, you get full access to all features so you can experience the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
What's Included
Your trial includes:
- 7 AI articles – Generate up to 7 articles during your trial
- Full feature access – All plan features are unlocked
- AI Visibility tracking – See how AI models mention your brand
- CMS integrations – Connect WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, or Wix
- Autopilot – Try automated daily content generation
- 1 site included – Connect one website during your trial
Trial Article Limit
During your 7-day trial, you can generate up to 7 articles total across all your sites. This limit is shared team-wide – if you have multiple team members, they share the same 7-article pool.
Note: Unlike paid plans where articles reset each month, trial articles do not reset. Once you've used your 7 articles, you'll need to upgrade to generate more.
Adding Sites During Trial
During your trial:
- One site included – Your trial includes one site license
- Cannot add extra sites – Additional site licenses require an active paid subscription
- Upgrade to add more – Once you upgrade to a paid plan, you can purchase additional site licenses
If you need to manage multiple websites, upgrade to a paid plan first, then add site licenses from the Billing page.
Changing Plans During Trial
You can switch between plans at any time during your trial. When you select a new plan, you'll have two options:
Option 1: Start Subscription Now
Choose this if you're ready to commit:
- Your trial ends immediately
- You're billed for the new plan today
- New plan limits (articles, tracked prompts, etc.) apply right away
- Your billing cycle starts from today
Option 2: Switch at End of Trial
Choose this to maximize your trial:
- Your trial continues until it expires
- The new plan is scheduled to start when your trial ends
- You continue with trial limits (7 articles) until then
- You're billed when your trial ends
Tip: If you've already used your 7 trial articles and need more, choose "Start Subscription Now" to unlock your new plan's limits immediately.
Upgrading vs Downgrading on Trial
During your trial, you can freely switch between any plan tier:

When Your Trial Ends
At the end of your 7-day trial:
- Automatic conversion – Your selected plan activates automatically
- First charge – Your payment method is charged for the plan
- New limits apply – Article limits reset to your plan's monthly allocation
- Features continue – No interruption to your service
Canceling Before Trial Ends
If you decide Sight AI isn't right for you:
- Go to Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Canceling during your trial means you won't be charged. Your access continues until the trial period ends, then your account becomes inactive.
Trial Restrictions
A few features require an active paid subscription:
- Extra site licenses – Must upgrade first to add more sites
- Extra article purchases – One-time article packs require a paid plan
All other features – including Autopilot, AI Visibility, CMS publishing, and integrations – are fully available during your trial.
Common Questions
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
Yes, a valid credit card is required to start your trial. You won't be charged until your trial ends (unless you choose to start your subscription early).
What happens to my articles if I don't upgrade?
If you cancel or let your trial expire without upgrading, your generated articles remain in your account but you cannot create new ones or publish to your CMS.
Can I extend my trial?
Trials cannot be extended, but if you need more time to evaluate Sight AI, contact our support team at support@trysight.ai.
Does my trial plan affect which plan I pay for?
You can start your trial on any plan (like Pro) and switch to a different plan (like Starter) before your trial ends. You'll only be charged for the plan that's active when your trial converts.
Can I try Premium features during trial?
Yes! You can start your trial on the Premium plan to experience all features. If Premium is more than you need, switch to a lower tier before your trial ends.
