The AI Visibility dashboard provides a comprehensive view of how AI models perceive your brand. It displays key metrics, trends, and insights to help you understand and improve your AI presence.
Key Metrics
Visibility Score
Your overall visibility score (0-100) represents how prominently your brand appears in AI responses across all tracked prompts. A higher score means:
- More frequent brand mentions
- More positive sentiment
- More citations of your content
Mentions
The total number of times your brand was mentioned across all AI model responses. This includes:
- Direct brand name mentions
- Product/service mentions
- Website URL references
Citations
The Citations tab shows all sources that AI models reference when responding to your tracked prompts. For each cited source, you can see whether your brand also appeared in that same AI response:
- ✓ (You appeared) – Your brand was mentioned alongside this source
- — (You didn't) – This source was cited without your brand present
Sentiment
The overall sentiment of AI responses about your brand:
- Positive – AI models speak favorably about your brand
- Neutral – AI models mention your brand without strong opinions
- Negative – AI models express concerns or criticism

Trend Charts
View your visibility metrics over time with interactive charts. You can:
- Select different time ranges (7 days, 30 days, 90 days)
- Compare metrics across different AI models
- Identify trends and patterns in your visibility
Model Breakdown

Recent Responses
View the most recent AI responses to your tracked prompts. Click on any response to see:
- Full response text
- Detected mentions and citations
- Sentiment analysis
- Competitor mentions

If you've set up competitor tracking, see how your visibility compares to competitors:
- Side-by-side mention counts
- Share of voice analysis
- Competitive positioning insights
Filtering Data
Use filters to narrow down your dashboard view:
- Date Range – View specific time periods
- AI Models – Focus on specific models
- Prompt Categories – Filter by prompt type
- Sentiment – Show only positive, negative, or neutral responses
Exporting Data
Export your visibility data for reporting or analysis:
- Click the "Export" button in the dashboard
