Overview
The SEO overview is the first page of the SEO Suite. Open it from SEO Suite → Overview (/seo). It reads everything the suite already stores for the selected site and turns it into one screen: six health numbers, a prioritised Fix next list, the keywords closest to page one, the searches you are seen for but not clicked on, long-run trends and a row of scores. Nothing on this page calls an outside data provider; it shows the latest snapshots the scheduled jobs and the Refresh buttons have pulled.
The stamp beside the header shows when the organic keywords, the backlinks and the site audit were last refreshed.
Included from Pro. On Starter the SEO overview shows a locked preview with an upgrade link. See Choosing your plan.
The health strip
Six numbers across the top. Each one is a link to the page that explains it.
A number shows a dash until its data has been pulled for the first time.
Fix next
Fix next is a ranked list of what moves the needle, built from the latest crawl, rankings, links, Search Console and AI Mode checks. Up to eight items show, highest priority first. Each item has a button that opens the page where the work happens.
When nothing qualifies, the list reads “Nothing urgent. Keep publishing and let the weekly refresh watch for changes.”
One push from page one
The card beside Fix next lists organic keywords ranking 11 to 20: the top ten by search volume, then by estimated traffic. These are the classic quick wins. A better page or a few internal links usually moves them onto page one.
The full list, with every position range, is under Keywords → Organic keywords.
Seen but not clicked
This card appears when the site has Google Search Console connected and has searches with impressions but few clicks over the last 28 days. It lists up to eight searches with at least 50 impressions.
A sharper title or a dedicated article is what turns these into visits. See Google Search Console to connect a property.
Trends and scores
Below the lists:- Organic keywords, Est. organic traffic / month, Backlinks and Referring domains as four trend lines. The refresh stores two years of history; how far back the charts go is set by your plan: six months on Starter, a year on Pro, two years on Business.
- Search clicks and impressions, 16 months: Search Console totals, monthly beyond six months and weekly below. The latest period is still filling in.
- Where Search traffic comes from: clicks and impressions by device, country and search type. A segment with a weak position is where ranking work pays off first.
- Search + AI visibility: the unified score out of 100 with its 90-day trend. The breakdown is on Search + AI.
- Traffic value / month: what the site’s estimated organic visits would cost as search ads, priced from the organic keyword list.
- Clicks per week in 12 weeks: the forecast card. It appears on Business, where Forecast is included.
- Competitor keywords: the best competitor keyword opportunities for the site, once competitors are set.
Where Google is checked
The button in the header shows the country and language used for this site, for example United States · English. Rankings, Google AI Mode, keyword research and the organic data all use it. Click it to open Where Google is checked:- The badge reads inferred until someone picks values, then chosen. The inferred country comes from the domain ending: a
.co.uksite is checked in the United Kingdom, a.comsite in the United States, or in Spain when the team writes in Spanish. The inferred language is the team’s content language. - Pick a Country and a Language, then Save. New checks use the new values; data already stored is not pulled again.
- Reset returns to the inferred values.

How the data stays fresh
The first snapshot
When a site is added to a team on Pro or Business, the first SEO snapshot is pulled automatically in the background: organic keywords, backlinks, history, a competitor comparison when competitors are set, and a first site audit. The pages fill in over the first 10 to 30 minutes; until then the overview reads “refresh to fill” and “no audit yet”. If the snapshot has not arrived, the Pull the first SEO snapshot action at the top of Fix next is the manual fallback: it opens Organic keywords, where one Refresh fills organic keywords, backlinks and history, and then you run a site audit.Schedules
After the first snapshot, scheduled jobs keep the data current. Only the features your plan includes run.Refresh buttons and cooldowns
Each data page has its own Refresh button that runs the same pull as the schedule, on demand: Keywords (positions), Organic keywords, Backlinks, Google AI Mode, Competitors (competitor pages) and Link building. A manual refresh costs the same data as a scheduled one, so a kind of data can be refreshed again only once its last run is older than your plan’s gap:
The gap applies to keyword positions, backlinks, Google AI Mode, competitor pages and link prospects. Press Refresh too soon and the page tells you when the next one is available, for example: “Keyword positions were refreshed about 2 hours ago. Pro can refresh again every 6 hours; the next one is in about 4 hours. Scheduled checks keep running meanwhile.” Checking a keyword you have just added is not a refresh and never waits.
