Overview
SEO Suite → Link building (/seo/link-building) answers one question: where do the next links come from? It lists the domains worth asking, says why each one is a prospect, and hands the ones you pick to the Outreach queue. Nothing is emailed from this page.
Business only. Handing prospects to Outreach uses the Outreach queue, which is also part of Business.
The three sources
The Prospects card has three tabs, each counting its open rows.
Link intersect needs at least one competitor on file. Without one the page says so and points you to Competitor keywords; mentions and broken links work without competitors.
How prospects are ranked
- Prospects sort by Competitors linked (how many of your competitors the domain links to), then by domain rank. A domain that links to three competitors is a better ask than one that links to one.
- Mentions and Broken links sort by domain rank.
Columns and filters
The status filter shows Open rows by default. Search by domain, page or note; export the tab as CSV.
Handing a prospect to Outreach
Add to outreach creates an opportunity in Opportunities → Outreach (/visibility/opportunities/outreach) with the prospect’s page (or its homepage) and the reason it was picked. The prospect’s status becomes In outreach and the row gains an Open in Outreach link.
- Nothing is sent. The opportunity waits in the queue until you or the Outreach agent act on it.
- The plan’s outreach contact limit applies. When the queue is full the toast says so and the prospect stays open.
- A page already in the queue is not added twice.
Sight’s links
The Sight’s links card shows what outreach has earned, next to what the site earned on its own:
The table under the numbers lists each win with a verified or not seen yet badge. Tag a conversation as a backlink or guest post in the Inbox and it shows up here. Free-links directory submissions are not attributed, since Sight keeps no per-site record of them.
Refresh and schedule
- Refresh prospects runs all three sources in the background; the page updates itself within a minute. It can run again once the previous refresh is older than 2 hours on Business (1 hour on Enterprise).
- The Monday 04:00 UTC run refreshes prospects for Business sites every two weeks. A site nobody has opened an SEO page for in 30 days sits it out.
- The intersect and the mention search count against the site’s daily lookup budget. If it runs out, the prospects fetched so far are kept and the rest waits for the next run; broken links are always rebuilt from the index.
